Reflection:

As a member of the Women's Lacrosse team at SUNY Cortland, I get my fair share of daily physical activity. We have practice or games six days a week as well as one or two days of lifting. Practices are two hours in length and a lift is one hour. In addition to playing lacrosse I also participate on a intramural basketball team in the Fall. I have also participated in Dragon Runs at the school, completing a three mile course.
